Our core business is the preparation of annual accounts for a sole trader, partnership or limited company from prime records (including the plastic bag of receipts) and getting it right for submission to HMRC and companies house within the deadlines stipulated by your year end.

We can prepare a set of accounts for review within a couple of weeks. These will be emailed to you for review and we can then meet to finalise the accounts and discuss any improvements for the business and any tax savings which can be made.

We will discuss tax savings and payment dates; and identify where you can save operating costs and look at percentage margins to review the business is operating to maximum capacity and profitability. Year on year we can measure this performance against properly recorded information to seek out improvements for you.

We have a fixed fee arrangement and this means we can take time to analyse the accounts data with for as long as necessary to identify any improvements with you. You know your  business inside out so a lot of the time we will give you information to analyse and sometimes it will need action other times you can leave or have a reason for…for example your margin may have been affected by a special promotion or discount that year. The main point is we take time to review the accounts with you.
